Paul C. Perez
DDS
Dr. Paul Perez is a New Orleans native through and through. Dr. Perez was a Jesuit Blue Jay and a member of the Louisiana State University Tiger Band. Prior to starting dental school, Dr. Perez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Perez was awarded the Robert F. Eastman Memorial Award for excellence in Operative Dentistry and Biomaterials at graduation. Dr. Perez is an active member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association. Dr. Perez has been awarded the honor of being one of New Orleans top dentists every year since 2014. Dr. Perez’s weekend hobbies include watching the Saints and LSU play football, cooking good meals, and spending time with his family.
Elizabeth Crapanzano-Perez
DDS
Dr. Elizabeth Crapanzano was born in New Orleans and raised on red beans and rice. She graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Prior to starting dental school, she attended Loyola - New Orleans, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design. She continued her education at the University of New Orleans, where she received her Masters in Business Administration in Health Care. Dr. Crapanzano is an active member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association. Every year since 2021, Dr. Crapanzano-Perez was awarded the honor of being one of New Orleans top dentists. Dr. Crapanzano’s weekend hobbies include boating, cooking good meals, and spending time with her family.
Connor Bejsovec
DDS
Dr. Connor Bejsovec, originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, now resides in New Orleans and joined Avenue Family Dentistry as the newest associate. Dr. Bejsovec received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and then continued to achieve his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Bejsovec was awarded the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry Award upon graduation. Dr. Bejsovec is an active member of the <a data-cke-saved-href="https://www.ada.org/ target=" href="https://www.ada.org/ target=" _blank"="">American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association. Dr. Bejsovec’s hobbies include enjoying New Orleans local food and restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
Carrie Daigle Bach
RDH
Carrie, a New Orleans native and resident, has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the uptown area since her graduation in 2002. She attended Loyola University and the LSU School of Dentistry, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Carrie has served on the board for the New Orleans Dental Hygienists' Association as secretary, president, and currently holds the position of past president/continuing education chair. She resides as a member of the LSU School of Dentistry External Advisory Committee and has served on the school's Dental Hygiene Advisory Board. An ADHA (American Dental Hygienists' Association) member, she has chaired the LDHA Annual Session as well. An active member of the Junior League of New Orleans since 2006, Carrie has served on such committees as Julia Jump, Save Our Cemeteries, and the Children's Hospital Sugarplum Ball, in addition to others. Carrie can also be seen donating her time on stage to the performing arts in many community theater musical productions. Carrie is happy to be a team member of Avenue Family Dentistry since its inception in 2016!
Brooke Gilmore
RDH
Brooke received a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of New Orleans. She graduated from LSUSD with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Brooke is passionate about providing quality care to patients, as well as educating patients on how to maintain their oral health. Her goal is to make your dental appointment a comfortable and positive experience.
Erin McCarthy
RDH
Erin was born and raised a New Orleanian who has been practicing dental hygiene since obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from LSU School of Dentistry in 2014. Before discovering the world of dentistry, Erin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Literature from LSU and a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is passionate about making her patients feel comforatble in her chair while also educating them on their dental health, and she is excited to be contributing to the Avenue Family Dentistry team. When she's not working, Erin can be found spending time her family outdoors - gardening, walking or biking around their Uptown home
Peter Perez
Born and raised in the heart of Mid-City, Pete Perez graduated from Jesuit High School and attended Loyola University. He recently retired after 40 years in retail. Efficient and quick, he brings his business skills and experience to the front office, keeping everything running smoothly and professionally. Having been USDA certified, Pete also keeps the entire office clean and sanitized. Pete enjoys working in his vegetable garden, going fishing, watching the LSU Tigers, and spending time with his family, including eight fun grandkids.
Andrea Duran
Clinical Assistant
Andrea was born in Argentina and has been living in New Orleans since 2011. Andrea has been in the dental field for 12 years, and has been trained as an Expanded Dut Dental Assistant (EDDA). She got married in 2020 and has 2 children. When not at the dental office, Andrea enjoys time with her family, cooking, and movie nights.
Natalie Davis
Clinical Assistant
Natalie joins the Avenue Family Dentistry team and brings over fifteen years of patient care experience. She is one of the friendly faces at the front desk and is happy to answer any questions. Natalie is kind and passionate and will assist you to make your experience a positive one. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. Natalie and her family also enjoy spending time boating on a beautiful day.
